When placing your order you can choose to use the Wellbox easy payment plan option through your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

Your credit card will be billed in three equal installments, for example:

1. $ 556.67 payment when you place your order (including a $20 processing fee)
2. $ 556.67 payment one month from the date of your order
3. $ 556.66 payment two months from the date of your order

Each of the installment payments will be charged to your credit card automatically, and no further action is required by you.

Before placing your order and electing to use our 3X Same As Cash Payment Plan, please read the following terms. By choosing to use our easy payment plan, you will be agreeing to all of the following terms and conditions:

1. You will be required to provide two separate credit cards when placing your order – a primary credit card that will be used for each installment payment, and a secondary credit card that will only be billed if for any reason future installments cannot be billed to the primary card. If a charge to a credit card is denied for any reason, you will be charged an additional processing fee of $ 50.
2. By proceeding with the Wellbox 3X Same As Cash Payment Plan, you guarantee that you will keep enough credit available on the cards you have provided so future installments can be billed to the cards. If the cards expire or are canceled, you agree to notify Wellbox and supply an alternative card with the necessary funds available before the next payment is due.
3. The cards you provide for payment must be issued by a financial institution within the United States or its territories and protectorates, and must not have an expiration date earlier than six months from the order date. The order must ship to an address located within the United States or its territories and protectorates.
4. Your order will be shipped via FedEx within 48 hours after the order is placed.
5. At the time of shipping, we will bill your card for the first monthly payment {and a processing fee of $ 20}. If sales tax or shipping charges apply, they will be added to the total amount.
6. The second payment will be billed to your card on the same day one month from the date you placed the order and the final payment will be two months from the order date. Wellbox may report past due payments to credit agencies.
7. This program is subject to credit approval. We may pull a copy of your credit report to approve your application. Your Social Security Number may be required to process your order using the 3X Same As Cash Payment Plan.
8. You will receive a phone call once your order is placed for verification purposes. Orders placed will not be shipped until verification has been completed.
9. Wellbox 2 year warranty and 30 day return policy with a 15% re-stocking will apply to orders placed under the 3X Same As Cash Payment Plan.
